You must be a Reborn customer (bought from us) to be eligible for this promotion.
Reborn Cabinets or Reborn Bath Solutions must be able to clearly determine who is a new referral and reserves right to decide if a person is a new referral. If we already have the person's name and address in our system, for example, we can't consider them as a new referral. The referral must be newly entered into our system as your referral prior to the first appointment.
To be eligible for the $5,000 reward, we must receive seven referrals, and each on must meet the following conditions: (a) must be a new referral as determined by Reborn and (b) must have purchased at least $5,000 in goods and services from Reborn within a single 24 month period. Referrals who do not purchase within the same 24-month period will not be counted toward the $5,000 reward.
To be eligible for the $100 reward, referral must meet the following conditions: (a) must be a new referral as determined by Reborn and (b) must have purchased at least $2,500 in goods and services from Reborn.
You will be credited for only one referral per household regardless of how many contracts the referral enters into with Reborn
If two or more people refer the same new customer to us at the same time, Reborn reserves the right to decide who gets credit for the referral.
Liability for any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply to the referral fees paid are your responsibility. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. Referrals that are lost or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible.
Employees, agents, officers, and directors of Reborn Cabinets or Reborn Bath Solutions, their affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and their immediate families (and those living in the same households) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
This promotion begins 11/1/2014 and does not apply to any referrals made prior to this date.
