Meet your Designer
The Ultimate Remodeling Experience® begins with a member of our design team who will work with you to help design your dream project. You can visit our design center 7 days a week. Make an appointment for your complimentary no charge in-home consultation.
Field Engineer Verifies Everything
A Field Engineer visits your home to verify all dimensions before engineering begins. Measurement are taken and confirmed against the original design drawings. This minimizes the possibility of mistakes.
The Engineering Department utilizes the latest in software
Whether your project is a Reface or New Cabinetry, our engineering department reviews the design and the field engineers measurements confirming all the details for your project.
Drawings are reviewed again before production begins
On projects with new cabinetry, computerized 3-D drawings will be reviewed by you and your designer before production begins. Not until you fully understand and are satisfied with the placement of every door and drawer will the drawings be sent to production.
Project Team Lead is assigned to execute the plan
A project Team Lead is assigned to your remodel to oversee the installation in your home. He works with every phase of the installation checking and confirming everything is according to plan, and to your satisfaction.
Project Team Call Center
Our Project Team Call Center will give you a schedule showing you what is going to happen on your project each day. Additionally, our Project Team Call Center will call you the day before each new trade is scheduled to start confirming their start time for the next day. It is important to us to create keep communication with every client so that everyone knows exactly what is going on and when.
Completion of your project

Here are the highlights of some of our current practices and processes:
Continuous Improvement
The introduction of a nested base machining center in our milling department that allows us to get the maximum yield from material used for your project. Each piece of material is carefully laid out to minimize waste and maximize usage. The process of determining the best layout is done by specialized software that can work through the countless layout options to determine the best possible layout.
Paperless Office Environment
We have instituted equipment that allows us to scan every piece of documentation for your project into our system. Instead of constantly printing and distributing hard copies, we now create electronic documents for distribution to all the trades.
Finishing Chemicals
The catalyzed conversion used in our facility was carefully chosen to lower the emissions released during the finishing process. In addition, finishing is done in a completely enclosed chamber further reducing what is released into the air.
Recycling Excess Material
All waste materials generated during the finishing process are distilled in our recycling unit to be reused as cleaning thinner in the finishing department. This reduces the amount of hazardous waste to be disposed of.
All of the disposed products taken from your home are delivered to a facility capable of sorting recycling all the reusable materials from your project.
Paper, Aluminum, Cardboard, Printer Cartridges, etc are all sorted and disposed of to a proper recycling facility.
Greenguard®
Greenguard® certified adhesive used for Signature Refacing® when in your home. This is a non-toxic environmentally safe product.
Our Warranty
We Have Some of the Best Warranties in the Industry
Due to the sensitive nature of Thermofoil surfaces, Tinted Varnish and Glazed Finishes will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of installation.
Should any Reborn Cabinets Cabinetry product fail during this warranty period, Reborn Cabinets will replace or repair the defective item at its own discretion. This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, chips, normal wear and tear or modified after their original installation, nor damage or de-lamination caused by excessive heat or moisture.
Reborn Cabinets further warrants all other products installed (such as countertops, walls, doors, windows, back splashes, etc) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of installation. In addition to this warranty, many of the products installed carry additional manufacture warranties. In many cases, these manufacturer warranties apply to product only, reinstallation will be at an additional cost. Reinstallation of the warranted item will be covered if defect occurs within the initial 1 year period.
Bath Solutions Warranty
Reborn Bath Solutions warrants its acrylic bath products (i.e., bathtub and shower liners, wall surrounds and all acrylic accessories manufactured or supplied by Reborn Bath Solutions) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use and service for as long as the original purchaser owns the residence. We warrant that the surface of all acrylic products will not fade, yellow, crack, bubble or peel. In the event of any defects in material or workmanship, this warranty is limited, at Reborn Bath Solutions’ option, to repair of such defects or to the replacement (with a similar item free from the defect in question) of the product.
In the event of any defects in material or workmanship, Reborn Bath Solutions will supply free of charge any Reborn Bath Solutions’ acrylic bath products or supplies necessary for the repair or replacement of the defective product.
All installed products carry a Limited Installation Warranty of 10 years. This warranty covers the original purchaser should the products delaminate or come loose from their original installation.
This warranty is invalid and void if the product is chipped, scratched, marred or otherwise damaged either deliberately or unintentionally, or if the product is exposed to or comes in contact with dyes, paints, inks, cosmetics, pigments, food, paint removers, fingernail polish removers, solvents or chemicals, cigarettes or any heat source, abrasive pads or cleansers or cleaning agents other than those approved by Reborn Bath Solutions, as specified below. This warranty applies to owner-occupied residential homes only. This warranty is also invalid if the acrylic bath product has been repaired, altered or modified by someone other than a Reborn Bath Solutions Certified Technician. This warranty does not apply to replacement of any products made necessary by misuse, negligence in maintenance including the maintenance of all caulking seals, or the use of non-recommended cleaners. Buyer is responsible for periodic maintenance of caulking for finishing tub and walls.
Reborn Bath Solutions further warrants all other products installed (such as countertops, walls, doors, windows, backsplashes, plumbing fixtures, electrical, etc.) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of installation. In addition to this Warranty, many of the products installed carry additional manufactures warranties. In many cases, these manufacturer warranties apply to product only, reinstallation will be at an additional cost. Reinstallation of the warranted item will be covered if defect occurs within the initial 1 year period. Please discuss these additional warranties with your Designer.
